Making Money With Ebay

For many of you there is a lot of wondering, “what should I do to make money online?” I have tried many things. One thing that I still do is selling items on Ebay. This is almost guaranteed money after you have learned the type of things that will sell. I have already pretty well cleaned out he house now so I will look at yard sales for items on the weekends when I am out walking with my daughter.

Every weekend she likes to go out to the park on the bicycle. I pack up the bike trailer and we head off to the park to play for a while. There are always a few yard sales somewhere along the way and I will stop off to look for items that I can sell. Great things are always calculators, come types of glass and dishes, and clothing and books if you can find the right things. If you take sometime to look around Ebay you will get an idea of the items that will sell well and that you can profit form. I use this as gas money each week. some times  even pays my car insurance if I get time to get out to a lot of sales. You need not spend a lot of time looking for those items one you have in mind wheat you plan to sell.

If that works out well for you, you may consider selling more  items on Ebay. There are many ways to get items for sale once you have started. You can ask your friends and neighbors. Many times they have a lot of junk and they will pay you a percentage to get it sold for them. Most cities have self storage units. When the bill goes unpaid the contents of those storage units are sold at auction. Most times you are not given a thorough inventory, just a rough idea of the general contents of those lockers. this can also be a very lucrative place to find items. Just a hint, I have found that storage units with tools are not a good investment. Contractors will often bid the price of those units up to nearly the price of new tools as they need so many replacements constantly. Musical instruments are often good items though. Test a little bit, you will find what works for you!

Another way to profit from Ebay, is to join the Ebay Partner Network or EPN. Here you can profit by helping others to sell items on Ebay. If you have already started a website or blogs you can list items on your site using widgets that can be found on the EPN site. If you are using a WordPress Blog, there are several nice plugins like PHP Bay and BayRSS that are available to use on your site. All of these will pull in auction as from Ebay and display them on your site for others to purchase. Another advantage of using these plugins is that you will always be seen by the search engines as having new content, since each time they visit your site,  it will be displaying different auctions. So give it a try, I have done well with Ebay sales for years and I still do. The items that I sell there have changed a lot, but the sales still continue!
